RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE
We are a family owned business renowned for 'leading the way' in audio visual technology and service located at Blofield Heath, in the heart of Broadland.
We have established an enviable reputation for customer service and advice in relation to the sale, rental and repair of television and audio visual equipment for the home and commercial sectors.
We are seeking to recruit an ambitious quality focused individual with the enthusiasm and drive to join the existing management in taking the company forward.
This individual must possess an interest in and a working knowledge of audio visual equipment and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. They will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through the design, implementation and evaluation of marketing opportunities relating to the sale and installation of premium brand equipment and home automation products, whilst ensuring that the brand message is consistent with the overall corporate strategy. This individual must possess the ability and have proven experience in leading, motivating and managing a small sales team to deliver a high performance and high quality service.
Reporting to the Managing Director the right individual will possess the following:

We can offer an attractive remuneration package, commensurate with experience including private healthcare and contributory pension scheme.
Alternatively contractual arrangements can be considered.

ACCOUNTANT
Individual required for up to 16 hours per week to assist with the processing, recording and control of financial information relating to the Company and Group.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Bought Ledger,
Nominal Ledger,
Credit Control,
Cash Book including Petty Cash,
Control Account reconciliations,
VAT returns,
Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts incorporating Budgetary controls,
Assisting with the preparation of Statutory Accounts and liaising with the Auditors,
Responsibility for overseeing similar functions in subsidiary,
Development and implementation of IT policies and systems as appropriate
JOB SKILLS REQUIRED
Numerate,
Accountancy qualification preferred,
Technically competent,
Friendly, clear and concise communication skills,
Knowledge of computers and IT systems,
Knowledge of Business Taxation desirable but not essential.
