With modern day electronics becoming so integrated and advanced we continually invest in Training and new equipment to give our engineers the very best equipment to work with. This enables us to repair most of the equipment we supply and rent on site rather than having to return items to the manufacturer. From the moment we receive a service call from one of our customers, the job is logged on our computer system and relayed via RT (Radio Telephone) to one of our field engineers. Strategic planning and placement of these engineers enables us to cover our service area very efficiently. Snelling customers can expect an engineer to be knocking on their door in no time at all. In fact we have had letters from customers telling us that while they were still talking to one of our service receptionists they have asked them to hold on while they answered the door. Who was there? One of our engineers! All of our engineers are highly trained and each workshop is kitted with the latest test and measuring equipment to enable repairs to be diagnosed in the shortest time possible. Computer assisted diagnosis plays a large part in the repair side of modern day electronics so all of our workshops have PC facilities with access to the Internet. |
